SES Yachts‘The 32.70-meter superyacht named Far Niente is taking its place on the seas as a design marvel that combines classic lines with modern technology. Inspired by the Herring Luggers that operated in the North Sea in the early 1900s, the yacht, Hoek Design Naval Architects was shaped by marine architecture, exterior and interior design.

The fuel-efficient hull design of the yacht was developed using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) programs. This enables a single propeller. Doing Nothing, It can reach a range of 3,750 nautical miles at a maximum speed of 11 knots.
Doing Nothing‘its wooden superstructure, varnished teak paneling, and teak decks, SES Yachts‘Crafted with care by experienced carpenters. The deckhouse, made of cold-formed wood composite, offers an elegant synthesis of classic and modern design. Inside, gray-painted oak and white panels blend harmoniously with traditional deckheads and wooden beams.
Doing Nothing Comprising five cabins, three are allocated for the crew. The main deck features a spacious lounge, a sky lounge on the bridge deck, and a private cabin for the owner at the bow. Additionally, the lower deck houses four guest cabins, a galley, and a laundry room. Among the deck's standout features is a TV lounge opening onto a covered sun deck with dining facilities.
Doing Nothing, Equipped with Sleipner stabilizers and bow thrusters, it delivers superior performance in terms of both comfort and maneuverability. With these features, it stands out as a unique superyacht where classic design meets modern technology.
