This prestigious race will take place on a 30-kilometer course in the Bosphorus Strait, and the athletes sailing between Asia and Europe will compete not only for the race itself, but also to create equal opportunities for children.

Noting that despite the country being surrounded by seas on three sides, there has not been sufficient interest in water sports, the organizers aim for this race to encourage young people to take up sailing and to further highlight Turkey's maritime potential on the international stage.
